The Council constantly strives to improve the Assisted Travel Service and welcomes comments from parents, carers, young people and college staff on any issue relating to the service.

Comments or concerns about operational issues should be addressed to the relevant bus or taxi provider in the first instance. In the event that the provider cannot resolve the concern, the issue should be escalated to the Cognus Assisted Travel Team for resolution.
